Apoyo's lake, a vulcanic lake that we visited at the beginning of the month. It's easy to access and very beautiful. |
The luxury hotel, in the wild, by the lake. One night costs 52 euro, in a small villa with all services.
The same lake from another perspective,
as seen from Catarina, a nearby village. From that hill, the view was breathtaking.
Another sight of the Norome hotel. | |||
Guadalupe's Church, attacked, burnt and robbed by William Walker, an American pirate: Déu beneeixi Amèrica.
One week later we visited Granada, in the South, by the Lake of Nicaragua.
It doesn't look like Nicaragua, as it is very clean and well restored.

A celebration on horseback at the central park in Granada.
The day after Granada, I spent two days at Pochomil,
a seaside village at the Pacific Coast. No pictures as I didn't have the camera.
